Here We Stand
Celebration of Grace Lutheran Church is a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). The ELCA is affiliated with the World Council of Churches and the Lutheran World Federation. We belong to the Southeastern Synod of the ELCA and are located in Canton, Georgia.

THE TEAM
Rev. Dr. Kat Folk
Pastor
Pastor Kat became the new pastor at Celebration of Grace Lutheran Church beginning July 1st, 2026. She recently received her Master of Divinity from Wartburg Theological Seminary and has worked the past decade serving university and church ministries. Pastor Kat serves as both part-time pastor at Celebration of Grace part-time as a campus minister at Kennesaw State University. When doing campus ministry, she is based out of First United Lutheran Church in Kennesaw, Georgia.
James Walker
Pianist
James is a native of Smyrna, Georgia. He has studied music and played the piano for close to 27 years. His music has been influenced by John Williams, the jazz of Dave Brubeck and other greats of the genre, and the 70’s era pop and rock. He has been blessed with family, friends, and teachers who supported and guided him through the years, and gave him the chance to share the gift of music. He lives in Holly Springs, with his wife, Samantha, and their children.
